All Excel 97 / Office 97 users: please install the "Microsoft Jet Service Pack 3", located below to avoid errors during update process.

Each update contains a Microsoft Word97 file, called RevNotes.doc, that details the Revisions. The file contains a listing of bug fixes, enhancements, and program modifications.

To be notified of future program updates, contact Support to be added to the distribution list.

Each update is a "Zip" file. To "UnZip" a file, you will need a software program like WinZip. If not already installed, you can find the software on your software CD or you can download it from their website.

Microsoft Netmeeting 3.0 Included with Windows 2000 and Windows XP Professional. When installing: - Include a phony email address - Deselect "Log on to directory server when netmeeting starts." - Check "Do not list my name in the directory server." - Select "LAN (Local Area Network)" for internet connection.	Winzip Trial Edition (download from Winzip.com) Refer to www.WinZip.com for documentation and support. If you are a registered user of Winzip, always get the newest version. Your registration is valid for all upgrades.
Palm Emulator Allows you to run a Palm on your desktop. Great for training or desktop users who like the reporting provided by the palm applications.	Windows Scripting Host 5.1 Needed for Schedule Module / Palm Integration. Install ONLY if Schedule Module errors out with "ActiveX control can not create object." error message during palm hotsync update routine. To Install: Unzip, and run the appropriate file depending if you are on 1)Windows 2000, or 2) Windows 95,98,ME, NT4.
Adobe Reader v. 5.0 Reader version 6 and newer have printing problems on Sales Portal Web-site. Please use the above Adobe Reader to be able to print reports.	BSS Functional Diagram The Functional diagram tries to illustrate how the working modules connect to each other to help a new understand.
