To determine you current revision, from the System Advisor Menu, Click [Help], then [About].  The revision number should be displayed on the About Dialog.

To install the patch, please follow these instructions:

1) Download the file from website to a location on your hard drive.  To download, Click Here.

2) Using Windows Explorer, navigate to the file you just downloaded.

3) Using the folder list on the left, scroll up or down and use the plus signs to navigate to and display the '\PCAdvisr\PCASystem' directory on your hard drive or network. And select that folder.

4) You should be able to see the 'PCASystem' folder in the left pane, and the downloaded file in the right pane.

5) Right-Click and drag the downloaded file, and drop the file onto the 'PCASystem' folder.

Note: Prior to this next step, please confirm everyone is out of the System Advisor program, including you.  Also out of all PC Advisor Modules, as those use the System Advisor.

6) Click the first 'Extract To...' option in the short menu. If 'Extract To' does not appear in the menu, you need to install the WinZip application from the PC Advisors Software CD, or download it from www.WinZip.com, then repeat from step 5.

7) Please over-write ALL files.

8) Once completed, simply start the System Advisor program, and the software will complete the necessary updating, once the System Advisor Toolbar is on the screen, the patch process is complete.  All users may re-enter the system and the other components.
